Two different things: preparing and sending
The answers of the configurator stay in the memory of the page until you leave it. The download creates a document on your device. None of these operations reaches the server: they are calculated in the browser.
Sending is a separate choice, after the summary, with a box to tick. When it happens, contacts (name, email, optional phone), company data (name, sector, site), goals, requested services, description, timing and budget are kept together with the page you sent from and with the campaign parameters present in the URL. Every record carries with it the version of this policy that was in force at that moment.
The digital audit
When you ask for the analysis of a URL, the site reads the public HTML of that page and may request robots.txt and the sitemap: the site you name receives these technical requests. The content downloaded is not kept.
Protecting the service
The pages that have an expensive request - sending a brief, analysing a page with JavaScript - ask for a Cloudflare Turnstile protection check: the widget opens the form, and the token is verified by the server before that request is carried out. The token accompanies that request: it is not kept and it does not accompany the brief. If the verification is not active, no widget is loaded and no request goes to Cloudflare.
Request limits use an identifier derived from the IP address with a secret key: what ends up in the archives of the site is the result of that derivation, not the address. The counters are deleted when they expire. The analyses that require a browser have a maximum number of simultaneous runs.
Purposes and lawful bases
- The project request is handled as a pre-contractual measure carried out at your request.
- The security of the service - request limits, human verification, limits on simultaneous analyses - rests on the legitimate interest of whoever runs the site.
- Reading the URL you name serves the purpose you asked for: a check on the document.
For how long
- The request you send: twenty-four months from receipt, unless you ask for its deletion before that.
- The limit counters: the length of their window, then deleted.
- The brief prepared and downloaded: no data on the server, no storage.
- The verification token and the content of the pages analysed: no storage.
Who handles the data, and where
The project data stays with whoever runs the site and is not transferred for advertising purposes. Two external services touch it, each for the work it is asked to do: Cloudflare, which provides the domain, DNS and the protection check; Resend, which delivers the notification of a request to whoever runs the site.
The notification contains the same text as the record: contacts, company data, goals, requested services, description, timing and budget. It starts after the request has been saved, arrives in the mailbox of whoever runs the site and is processed in a European area of the service. If a contact-management service is connected in the future, it will be named here.
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union; the delivery of the notification depends on the provider of the mailbox. The site adds no advertising cookies and sends no navigation events to third-party analytics services.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability for the data that concern you, and a complaint to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the European data protection authority in Italy). The site is not intended for people under sixteen years of age and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
