The project brief
The configurator collects goals, context, timing and budget. You can review the answers and download the brief to your device. The budget ranges describe an indicative availability and are not prices, quotations or agreements.
When sending is active, a request is confirmed only after it is saved. Generating or downloading the document does not certify a sending, and a request sent is not an engagement: it binds neither of the two parties.
The digital audit
The analysis starts from the URL you name and reads its public HTML, without running the scripts of the page. The report separates signals observed and recommendations: the presence of a title or of structured data does not demonstrate their quality.
The online analyses, when available, can check public HTML, robots.txt, the sitemap and a single mobile visit with JavaScript. The laboratory measures and the automated accessibility tests have a declared perimeter and are not comparable with measures taken in other environments.
No check certifies complete conformity, position in the search results or AI citations. The actual state of the index and the generative answers need dedicated sources and observations.

The paths in the Systems section are illustrative examples. They serve to explain flows and connections; they do not represent clients, commercial results or services already connected to your tools.
Content and its use
The texts, images and code of this site belong to SmarthubTecnologies. You can consult them, cite them and reproduce short parts of them with an indication of the source and a link to the original page. A commercial use, an extended reproduction or a reuse of the content in your own material requires an agreement.
The same preference is declared in machine-readable form in robots.txt, through the Content Signals: search and ai-input granted, ai-train denied. It is a reservation expressed under Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright in the digital single market.
The trademarks and service names cited belong to their respective owners. The technologies indicated describe what the site knows how to use, not a partnership declared with those who produce them.
Limits of responsibility
The tools are made available as they are, without any guarantee of a commercial result. The indications you get from a brief or from an audit are a starting point for an evaluation, not a complete piece of advice nor a diagnosis of your business. What you decide on those indications is your decision.
The site may be unavailable at some moments, and its analyses may return no data: neither case gives a right to compensation.
Data
How the data of these pages is treated - what stays in the browser, what reaches the server, for how long and with which external services - is described in the privacy. The use you make of a brief downloaded on your device is yours.
These terms can change
The site and these conditions can be updated. The version of the data protection policy is indicated on the privacy page; the records already sent remain associated with the version that was in force when they arrived.

Italian law applies. For those who do not act in the course of a commercial activity, the consumer protection rules remain applicable, including the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence.
