How they are written.
They start from real work and leave out what cannot be said honestly: no figures taken from elsewhere, no forecasts, no mention of tools that were not used. Where an example helps explain, it is stated as an example. Where a choice depends on the context, the text says which questions to ask instead of answering for you.
They are published as «Redazione SYSTEM». It is a collective byline and it is not a credential: as long as these texts have no named person behind them, this site says so here instead of leaving it implied.
What you find, one by one.
- Which process should you automate first? — Frequency, exceptions and the cost of a wrong choice: three questions for choosing a first bounded intervention. (AUTOMATION)
- Follow-up is a process, not a reminder. — Five decisions to take before automating commercial replies. (AUTOMATION)
- Is your company understandable to AI too? — An editorial checklist for making identity, services and sources clearer. (SEO + GEO)
- A fast site is a decision you make in the project. — How to keep complexity down before it becomes a loading problem. (WEB & STRATEGY)
The four guides cover the four points where a digital system breaks most often: the workflow, the commercial side, the legibility of an offer, the weight of a page. They are not a sequence to read in order: you start from the one that describes what is blocking you.
How they are used.
Before an intervention, not after. If you are deciding whether to automate something, Which process should you automate first? narrows the scope; Follow-up is a process, not a reminder makes clear what has to happen to a request; Is your company understandable to AI too? puts identity, services and sources in order; A fast site is a decision you make in the project stops complexity from being paid for by whoever arrives.
Then comes the measurable part: the free audit reads the structure of any public URL and answers with what it found, no account. It is the point where a reading becomes a list of checks. If after reading you want to act, the step is the brief.
What they do not do.
They measure nothing: they do not count visits, they do not compare competitors, they do not state how long something takes or what it costs. They are not updates: they stay as long as the description they contain is still true, and when it is not they will be corrected here. And they do not replace the service pages: a guide explains how to think about a problem, a service page says what is done and what is needed to do it.
