AiLearn360: a study platform with AI, in production

A case in progress on our own product: its web presence in six languages and the choices that hold it. No figures stated.

What was delivered

Delivery
The web presence of the product: the site in all its languages, complete in each one; pages built around how students search; the basics that let search engines and AI assistants understand the site without guessing; the apps published on the App Store and Google Play. Maintenance in progress.
How it was measured
The work is in progress and no measurement is published. The specific checks, open to anyone, are at the end of the page.

AiLearn360 is a study platform with AI for university students, live at ailearn360.com, with its apps in the stores. This case describes how its web presence is built and why it has this shape.

It is a product of the same company that publishes this site, not an external client: the product’s footer and its own reading rules say so. It is an advantage: everything is open and can be checked item by item.

The starting problem

The product had features that cannot be described in one line, and an audience that looks for them in different ways — a timed test, PDF notes, an oral exam — in several languages.

The problem was not publishing, but being reachable: by someone writing a question in one of those languages, and by a machine that has to understand which pages exist, in which language, what it may read and what it may not.

The decisions

Every page in every language

A half translation leaves half of the markets without an answer. Here every page exists in all the languages, and the site states this for every address: the version that answers a question is chosen by the site, not inferred from who arrives.

One page for each way of searching

The entry pages follow the exam format and the subject. Whoever arrives has a concrete test in hand — an oral exam, a timed test, a subject — and has to find a page that talks about that, not the main page that lists features.

So that the site is understood without guessing

Now search engines and AI assistants read the site without having to interpret it: what they may use — search and use in answer systems yes, model training no; where they start from, with a declared entry point for each language; whose product it is, with the information that identifies the company, the application and what it offers. Excluding training is a position, not a technique.

One identity across site and apps

The site, the apps and the pages that explain privacy and usage use the same name: AiLearn360, AiLearn360 Scan & Study on the App Store, the same app on Google Play, the same company name and the same phone as this site. Whoever arrives from an app finds the same product, and the ownership stays stated.

What was built

The site exists in all its languages with the same completeness. The pages are built around how students search — the exam to prepare, the subject — not around the list of features. The basics are in order, so that someone arriving from a search engine or an AI assistant understands the site without guessing. The apps are published in both stores under the same name as the site.

In progress

The work continues on the part that search engines and AI assistants meet first: structure, languages, information about the product. The start date is not stated in public: the product’s footer reports 2025, the stores show the apps already published. The roles between who works on the product and the company that publishes it have no public line separating them. When real figures exist, this page will have them.
