A navigable catalogue
Categories, search and filters built on the attributes customers use to choose.
We design catalogues, product pages and checkout around the decisions your customers have to make.
Run the audit on your siteLet’s talk about EcommerceA catalogue has to help people choose. Prices, variants, availability, shipping and returns have to be understandable before payment: every doubt left to the checkout becomes a possible interruption.
The phases describe the usual order in which these elements are approached, not a calendar. “What we start from” lists what is needed on your side: where a piece does not exist yet — a page, a content, a flow, a tool — producing it enters the scope of the work. Times and costs are defined in the brief: there is no price on this page. To see what the structure of your site says today, the free audit reads any public URL: no payment, no account.
Categories, search and filters built on the attributes customers use to choose.
Variants, images, technical details and conditions presented with a consistent hierarchy.
Checkout and payments connected to the platform chosen, with orders and availability managed by the authoritative source.
Events and reports that separate visits, additions to cart, checkouts and confirmed purchases.
An online store holds several parts together: catalogue, product pages, checkout, orders, availability, support. In BUILD the work starts from how the customer decides and buys, not from the platform: the platform is a consequence. Measuring the checkout sits in GROW; the repeated work around orders — classifying requests, preparing answers, moving data — can rely on the automations in AUTOMATE. If the problem is that people do not reach the store, the right part is FIND: visibility in search engines, in local ones, in generated answers. Here you design the experience that receives them and the path that leads to an order. Around a store there are also two jobs that are not visible: keeping catalogue and inventory aligned, and bringing to a person what falls outside the ordinary — a question about a variant, a shipment, a return. The first is a data flow, the second an answer path: designing them together is part of the work, not an addition.
Catalogue, price lists, variants, commercial policies and access to the platform. We verify compatibility and limits of ERP, warehouse and payments first.
We test a complete purchase and the cases of a failed payment, an out-of-stock product and an unavailable variant. We check that order and inventory stay consistent.
We do not choose a platform out of habit: it comes after looking at the catalogue, internal management, integrations and operating costs — it is the first question at the bottom, and the answer is not a single one. We do not bring traffic. We do not create reviews or customer opinions that do not exist. A store that holds is not obtained with a new page: you need consistency between catalogue and orders, someone who updates them and a way to notice when something stops. Times and costs are defined in the brief. No ecommerce case is published on this site: the page describes the work, not a result, and does not promise a conversion increase we have not measured. And a migrated catalogue is not a copied catalogue: products, URLs and compatible data move with checks before the switch.
We choose it after evaluating the catalogue, internal management, integrations and operating costs.
We define a migration of products, URLs and compatible data, with checks before the switch.
